The private heated pool & spa means you don’t have to worry about strangers or noisy neighbors (a problem you may have at condos and apartments). Please note, this house is in a very family oriented neighborhood. It is not suitable for parties or family reunions. Distance from the home to nearby locations: • Disneyland – 3.2mi/5.1km (9 min drive/uber) • Anaheim Convention Center – 3.0mi/4.8km (9 min drive) • Knotts Berry Farm – 7.5mi/12km (17-20 min drive/uber) • Angels Stadium – 1mi/1.6km (19 min walk or 1 min drive) • Universal Studios – 38mi/61km (~40min drive) Please note, I will share the exact address after you confirm the booking (you will have 48 hours after the booking to cancel completely penalty free so you're not locked in immediately). A few quick points about the house • Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, cookware, utensils, coffee/tea supplies (I also offer grocery delivery service) • Every TV in the house is fully equipped with all the apps you’ll need (Disney+,Netflix, HBO, ESPN, Cable TV) with and an Xbox One with the latest games • Heated pool/spa with a patio fence for kid’s protection • I will not charge extra to use the pool heater/spa. Most rentals add a nightly charge to heat the pool (which I don’t think is right) so everything you see is included in your nightly rate. • Game room has a professional a ping pong table, basketball shooter, foosball, and 5 arcade machines with 16 games and a free to play claw machine! • Lots and lots of board games! • Backyard has patio furniture, bbq, and 5 tanning pool chairs (along with pool toys) • Extra strollers so you don't have to bring yours with you • Keyless entry – you can enter and leave anytime you want – no need to rely on my schedule • Washer/dryers with all the supplies you need • Air conditioning and heating • Extra umbrellas in case you forget yours! • Charging stations through-out the house • Free internet wifi • Parking – the driveway can fit 2 cars and there is room for 3 additional street parking spots directly in front of the house. If you would like me to purchase any tickets for you, please let me know ahead of time. I will send you the tickets on Airbnb before your trip so you’re fully prepared.
