This place is perfect for a trip to Disneyland & James is honestly in the top 1% of Airbnb hosts. He is super communicative, we learned lots about what to expect for parks, area, etc from his guidebook before we even arrived and his place is also awesome. There are so many touches that you can tell come from a real fan but also it still has all the necessities that you need in a short term stay. Really enjoyed it and would stay here again.

This house is absolutely incredible! We stayed here for our Disneyland trip, and honestly, my kids loved it so much they didn’t even want to leave to go to Disney! Their favorite part was the spaceship pod room - they said it was the best sleep they’ve ever had. The scavenger hunt was such a fun touch and kept them entertained for hours. James is a fantastic host - so responsive and thoughtful. Every detail in the home was so well done, from the portable charging pods (a lifesaver for long park days!) to the fully stocked fridge and snacks waiting for us when we arrived. The beds were super comfortable, and the outdoor playground, theater room, and arcade games made for so many laughs and family moments together. The location was perfect, just a short drive to Disney, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. I’ve already told so many friends about this place and can’t wait to come back to stay again and explore more of James’s properties.

The best Airbnb ever. It truly has everything you could need and more. It was very well stocked and everything was very clearly labeled which was so helpful. There was so much to do for the kids l. They didn’t want to leave the house!! The sleeping pods were fantastic!! The host truly thought of everything possible and had it in the home. When we come back to the area we will definitely be staying here!!!

I stayed at Jame's place for a collge buddy get together, and we enjoyed the theater especially. We were a group of 20 something guys, but we had a great time. Every bed was comfortable, and there where chargers, towels, soap, even some food. We will come back another time for sure.

This house is beautiful, just like in the pictures. Me, my family and kids loved this place. It had everything we wanted and more. We use this place just rest after Disney, but you could stay all day here and would not get bored with all the games and stuff this house has. Would recommend %100 to anyone!!

James house was very comforting and fun. The kids enjoyed it and had more than enough space to have fun. The aesthetics were amazing as well. Would definitely recommend for any family.
